Stephen Healey has joined the firm as Managing Director. Steve will be opening up the firm’s new office in the Boston area (Wellesley, MA) where he will be responsible for business development in the Northeast.

Steve’s responsibilities will include providing creative financing solutions to middle market companies in diverse industries, working with both private equity sponsored and venture-capital backed companies.  “Steve is an exciting new addition to the CapX team.  He combines extensive experience and deep-rooted relationships with a professional yet affable demeanor that complements CapX strengths and reputation in the middle market. Prior to joining CapX Partners, Steve was most recently Managing Director at Full Circle Capital. He is a graduate of Harvard University and has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry.
