CapX Announces Successful Exit of Portfolio Company Gro-Well
In late 2014, CapX Partners invested in Gro-Well Brands, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. Gro-Well is the largest company in the Southwest specializing in the production and marketing of natural and organic lawn and garden products. Global Environment Fund has successfully acquired and recapitalized Gro-Well, with management providing CapX its targeted mid-teens internal rate of return for a second lien debt investment.
