21st Century is the largest global, physician led provider of integrated cancer care services. It provides advanced radiation therapy and other services to cancer patients in the United States and Latin America. The Company offers a comprehensive range of radiation treatment alternatives, focused on delivering academic quality, cost-effective patient care in a personal and convenient setting. In total, the Company operates 179 treatment centers, including 145 centers located in 16 U.S. states, strategically clustered in 28 local markets. The Company also operates 34 centers located in six countries in Latin America. The Company holds market leading positions in most of its domestic local markets and abroad. The company turned to CapX Partners for growth capex to allow them to capitalize on significant growth opportunities.

THE CAPX SOLUTION

21st Century is private equity owned and supported by an experienced management team. In recent years, the Company has successfully expanded and has penetrated new markets. CapX provided a $11,175,000 equipment sale leaseback facility. The lease will fund 21st Century’s immediate and short-term equipment growth capital needs.
