GTUIT, one of CapX Partners' portfolio companies, is making news by teaming up with Liberty Resources to reduce flaring. Following is the press release announcing the details.

Billings, Montana, USA  - GTUIT®, LLC announced today that the firm has been providing Liberty Resources, LLC natural gas liquids (NGL) recovery and flare reduction services since June 2016. GTUIT has provided up to 4,500 MCFD of processing capacity at four well locations. GTUIT's gas processing helps Liberty Resources reduce air emissions and meet the State of North Dakota Industrial Commission Flaring Reduction requirements.

The GTUIT mobile and modular gas processing units remove the NGLs, which GTUIT markets, and the conditioned gas is used as fuel for Alcor Energy Solutions Mesa, AZ turbine power generator. The Alcor units not only provide power for the GTUIT equipment but also power the well site, reducing Liberty Resources operating expenses.
"We are glad that we can assist Liberty Resources reach and exceed their flaring reduction target. Our services help them bridge the gap until their midstream capacity comes on line as well provide gas processing in producing areas that are stranded. In these current market conditions it is great to be able to assist another Bakken producer" said Brian Cebull, President and CEO of GTUIT.
